SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ANúTHER AGAÍN. aims to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 business days for fulfillment of orders.

You are responsible for paying delivery costs, which will be shown in your cart at checkout.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the second business day. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box.

Standard shipping times are 5-8 business days. 

We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Any delivery periods displayed in this policy or on the site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company.

ANúTHER AGAÍN. does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please email us at help@anutheragain.com

NOTE: Once your order has an updated status of DELIVERED, we are no longer responsible for that package. Lost or unfound items are not our responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to have the package delivered to a safe and secure place. We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.

TRACKING

Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation email, which will include courier service along with the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we're only serving domestic orders shipping within the United States.
